Seaview Resort

Overall stay experience was Excellent. We were surprised with the hospitality and facilities. It was definitely under rated. The rooms, beds and wash rooms were very. Hot water was available. It¿s very close to the beach and the other restaurants.

I would suggest them to start a food service. And, to upload latest photos.

The resort is in an excellent location with various shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. We stayed in a deluxe room with A/C which was spacious, bright and airy. The resort is clean and well maintained, with a good sized pool area and onsite restaurant. The owners and staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

1. Good and cozy hotel with small and clean swimming pool.2. Excellent location 5 minutes from the sea, at the beginning of the street, where there is everything a tourist needs. As we understood, this is the only street on Patnem Beach where there are so many cafes and shops.3. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I recommend booking Luxe rooms, they are much larger, more comfortable and have a partition in the bathroom, unlike the small rooms. This means you will always have a dry floor in the toilet.4. We ordered a taxi through the hotel, the price is adequate and the car arrives early.

The first few days there were power outages, but then the hotel owner and staff were able to fix it.

Nice and clean. Big room (suit). Very nice bathroom. Big balcony. AC worked well. Big television. Good location, very close to beach and plenty of shops and restaurants on the small street beside. Quiet area. Also close to the stand for tuktuks and taxi as well as a good yoga shala. Refreshing pool with a little garden on one side. Beautiful.

Water pressure in the shower a bit weak. Pillow was very hard. Very small relax area around the pool.When closing the room door it creates a lot of noise if one is not careful, maybe something could be done about this?

Excellent location wonderful pool. The suite rooms are spacious with fridge, kettle and very good air conditioning. Short one minute walk to the beach. Little grocers next door and the famous Patnem Chai Shop. Remember if you want your room cleaned leave your key at reception, staff don’t come in routinely. The property will give you blue and white swimming pool towels just ask.

Location

Nowhere to hang clothes just a cupboard as big as a kitchen wall cupboard with 5 coat hangers. No shelfs to but toiletries. So basically living out of your suitcase. Small balcony with 2 plastic chairs looking out onto the back of the hotel.

We liked the size of the room, the bed was a good size with a firm mattress. Having the good quality linked restaurant downstairs and a pool were a bonus.

Hot water is only available after around 10:30 -16:00. Having said that the water temperature outside of these times was ok.

Great location a short walk from the beach. Great food & value in the restaurant. Rooms are big and very nice.

Pool looked murky. Some people used it but we didn’t.

The just Eddie could not do enough for you - changing money at a great rate, food was superb, lovely staff

The pool was absolutely disgusting n dirty..you just wouldn't go in it ...needed treating badly..it was overpriced at a premium rate n can get a lot cheaper n cleaner round the corner with pools at crystall goa...
